fresh stinging nettle, fresh goldenrod, fresh ground ivy, and organic marshmallow root in organic cane spirits and raw PA honey

Take a full dropper throughout allergy season 2-3x a day. Best to begin taking 1-2 weeks before allergy season begins. Dilute with a little water, add to tea or take directly under the tongue.

Goldenrod (Solidago spp.): Used for its affinity to the upper respiratory tract- it's anti-inflamatory properties make it useful for sore-throats, can act as a decongestant, and contains quercetin which is a natual anti-histamine

Stinging Nette (Urtica dioica): Harvested fresh in early springtime while plant is still young and tender - it contains anti-inflammatory and antihistamine properties supporting the body during allergies.
